RETURNS POLICY

Because our products are mystery boxes made from liquidation stock, we do not accept returns for:

•             item condition

•             item value

•             receiving items you don’t like

•             receiving items that don’t work

•             personal preference

This is the nature of liquidation and part of the experience.

We ONLY accept returns if:

•             You received the wrong box size (for example, you ordered a Large and received a Medium)

Important note

If you receive a bigger box than you ordered, there is no need to return it — simply keep it and enjoy the extra items.

If you received the wrong (smaller) size

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

•             your order number

•             photos of the box

•             photos of the shipping label

We will resolve it quickly and fairly.

ITEM CONDITION DISCLAIMER

All items come from UK liquidation, returns, and undelivered parcels.

This means:

•             most items are new or like‑new

•             some items may show signs of handling

•             some items may have been opened or used

•             some items may not work

This is completely normal when buying liquidation stock and is reflected in the price of our mystery boxes. This is the nature of the business and we can NOT decide what we recieve inside the liquidated parcels.

We guarantee weight/full boxes, fairness, excitement and transparency — not item condition or value.
